The star of the Mercer County Elks is the course itself. The course has 6 tee options with the longest tees measuring at 6503 yards. While each hole has its own unique characteristic, the most memorable holes are the 400 yard par 4 “barn hole” where you play the dogleg left 4th hole around the silo and barn, the 186 yard par 3 5th hole where you have to hit through the chute of trees, and the 597 yard par 5 8th hole where you have a pond, creek, and 5 greenside bunkers to navigate around. While the course as a whole is great, the best part you will remember are the quick, true-rolling greens. You don’t want to miss out on playing this hidden gem.
